This 700 Series Free-Standing Gas Bain Marie comes with cabinet and 2 pieces gastronome ½ and 3 pieces gastronome 1/3 pans with the depth of 150mm. It has a gas safety controller protection device. Its whole cooking table is shaped by big mold (no wielding) one time which makes the machine not in any dead zone and can be easily operated and cleaned. It uses electronic lighter to fire and it runs through LPG or natural gas. It weighs 53 kilograms and uses the power of 4.5 kW / 15,354 BTU/hour.
This bain-marie is ideal for melting and warming. It warms the food gently, but avoid using it in place of boiling because it will only maintain a dish at a ready to eat temperature.
